Pepe Day <\/a>, following the great acclaim obtained in the first event with an original interpretation of the classic Cacio &amp; Pepe recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef Heinz Beck, three Michelin stars at the Pergola restaurant at the Hotel Cavalieri Hilton in Rome, has revisited the iconic Roman dish of <em>Fagottelli alla Carbonara <\/em>, and married it to the recipe of cacio e pepe, thus obtaining the <em>Fagottelli al Cacio &amp;
